The next-generation Dell Fluid file system version 4 (FluidFS v4) is equipped with the enterprise-class FS7610 to scale performance and capacity anytime, anywhere. Get higher performance and lower total cost of ownership while:
Linear performance extends up to 494,000 SPECsfs file OPS and 11.9 GB/sec maximum throughput 2
Improve performance even when adding more data with mirrored caching and automatic load balancing
Reduce costs with one of the most cost-effective existing scale-out NAS solutions.
Dell EqualLogic FS7610 Storage - Manage Growth Smartly
Manage growth intelligently

Easily manage storage growth by flexibly and non-disruptively scale performance and capacity independently.
Seamless integration with existing or new Dell Storage PS Series arrays without the need for a generational upgrade.
With the storage backend of the PS array, the block storage capacity and file storage capacity are expanded in a single namespace with a capacity of up to 509 TB3.
Improve scalability, performance, and security with extended protocol support including SMB 3.04, NFS v4 ACLs, and NFS v4.1.
Easily improve performance by adding a second FS7610 device.
Visually manage data blocks and file operations with the PS Series Group Manager or CLI.
Protect data with enterprise-class features

FluidFS also protects your data with the following features:
A file-level snapshot that the user can restore.
Provides snapshot-based file system level asynchronous replication for peer-to-peer FS7610 systems.
Full replication of the entire file system, including sharing, exporting, and permissions, to help make data recovery easy after a disaster.
Common Internet File System (CIFS) anti-virus support is provided through any ICAP AV server and certified partner software.
Network Data Management Protocol (NDMP) is used to provide backup and disaster recovery.

Dell Equallogic FS7610 Storage - Creating a Reliable Integrated Network
